I love making things.
Needed a break from working in the studio. Todays deeelish lunch....left over from last nights dinner. Orzo with roasted chicken, carmalized sweet onion, fresh spinach, fresh basil, kalamata olives, sheep feta, olive oil, lemon, teensy sqeeze of anchovie paste,salt, pepper. YUM!
